Dev is also a seasoned\u00a0program \/ project management, data analytics, software development, IT<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0strategy\u00a0<\/strong>professional with over\u00a025 years\u00a0<\/strong>of experience in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/strong>banking, insurance, wealth management, healthcare, telecommunications, IT consulting, software development, and government industry sectors.\u00a0 He has successfully delivered large and complex\u00a0data analytics \/ BI,<\/strong>\u00a0application development<\/strong>,\u00a0digital transformation,<\/strong>\u00a0enterprise application integration<\/strong>,\u00a0ICT infrastructure,\u00a0<\/strong>technology centric\u00a0business transformation<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0process re-engineering<\/strong> initiatives.<\/p>\n

Dev brings extensive consulting and functional experience with leading global and Canadian companies such as Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Sun Life Financial, HSBC Bank USA, HP Enterprise Services, IBM Canada, Bell Canada, Rogers, Nortel Networks, AT&T Canada (Unitel), ResponseLogic, Scotiabank, National Trust, Knowledge First Financial, Mortgage Insurance Company of Canada, Symcor, Resolve Corporation (D+H), Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, Liquor Control Board of Ontario, Oral-B Laboratories and Gillette Canada.<\/p>\n

He led\u00a0multi-million dollar\u00a0<\/strong>enterprise initiatives and programs with project team sizes\u00a0up to 70 staff<\/strong>\u00a0at leading global companies, while coaching and mentoring high performance IT delivery teams.\u00a0 Dev has successfully managed\u00a0the\u00a0delivery of\u00a0time-boxed, fixed budget and complex enterprise initiatives with high business impact, risks, uncertain business requirements or new technology introduction.<\/p>\n

Dev is also\u00a0the\u00a0Chief Executive Officer<\/strong>\u00a0and Managing Director of\u00a0Thejes\u00a0Consultancy Inc.<\/a>, a management and information technology consulting company based in Mississauga, Canada.<\/p>\n

Dev holds\u00a0the\u00a0Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA)\u00a0<\/strong>designation\u00a0<\/strong>from\u00a0<\/strong>Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) of UK, equivalent to a Master\u2019s degree which specializes in business strategy, decision making, risk, financial management and control.\u00a0He also has\u00a0the\u00a0Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA)<\/strong>\u00a0designation from American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CIMA of UK.\u00a0 In addition, Dev has valid\u00a0Project Management Professional (<\/strong>PMP)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM)<\/strong>\u00a0global credentials from\u00a0the\u00a0<\/strong>Project Management Institute\u00a0<\/strong>(PMI)\u00a0<\/strong>of USA.
